Does this face look stubborn to you?
Mom says my little sister must be stubborn like me. She apparently is not ready to emerge from her cozy little home just yet. I totally understand what that's like...it's like when you are all bundled up in a warm blankie on the couch or bed and then you stick your muzzle behind a pillow to shut out everything and just relax and you just want to stay in that spot with no interruptions...ahhh, can't say that I blame her! ;)
On the other hand...we are all ready to meet you baby girl, so please come out soon. I don't know how much longer I can take this pregnancy thing. Mom is slow, lacking energy, and can't chase me around the kitchen table quite like she used to. Trust me, it's not so bad out here and as soon as you are here I will begin instructing you on how to wrap Mom and Dad around your tiny little paw, I mean finger! :) Hope to see you soon Joslyn!

What. We Ridgebacks are NOT stubborn. Strong willed...okay, maybe yes. They say we can sense things in our humans. Do you think you'll be able to tell when she's ready to make her appearance?

Tell Mom the first ones always have a mind of their own - she will come when she is ready. Our pup furiend Zona's human just popped her little brother out on Tuesday, we think your sister will be here soon. Lots of luck to all.

Well, I hope it comes out soon because I have heard that little sisters or brothers are useful for dropping food on the floor. In my house, if food is on the floor, it is for me!

I've just been catching up, Nala - and I just LOVE your new baby sister's room!!! OOoOoh! SOOOOO pretty!! Your humans have decorated it so gorgeously - and hee! hee! - love all the doggie influences!
Anyway, I just wanted to pop in to say that we are thinking of you (my humans were wondering about your Mom all the time they were in NZ) and can't wait to hear all about the new arrival!
